This client operates a group of Residential Care Homes for the elderly. Clearly it is important that when a potential client views a home's facilities, that these showrounds are carried out consistently and professionally across the group with the company's key messages being effectively communicated.

In conjunction with their client, Service Scan produced a unique 'showround' check-list which has been developed into a detailed 'shopper' questionnaire.

The showrounds, as well as Test Calls, are carried out to all homes within the group with individual and summary reports submitted on a monthly basis.
